If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or compromised during transit, we are committed to resolving the issue promptly.

Eligibility for Returns

Due to hygiene regulations and the nature of wellness supplements, opened or used products are not eligible for return.

We offer replacement or refund in the following cases:

  • Product delivered in damaged condition
  • Incorrect product received
  • Packaging tampered upon arrival
  • Missing item in shipment

Please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging.

Refund Process

Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Processing may take 5–7 business days depending on your banking provider.

For Cash on Delivery orders, bank details may be requested to complete the refund transfer.

Non-Returnable Conditions

  • Opened or used products
  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Minor packaging variations not affecting product quality
  • Delivery delays caused by courier services beyond our control
